Rupert Kerr – Operations and Logistics

Rupert has worked in the mining industry for 10+ years with BHP Billiton and Fortescue Metals

 

Simultaneously Rupert has built a network of F45 Training studios in Perth and Singapore. 

 

In 2018 Rupert acquired a stake in RCA and is working full time with the team.

 

His roles include: 

• Strategy + planning 

• Business development

• Manage, execute and oversee end to end business systems including logistics, procurement and expansion

Peter Nixon – Executive Director of Three Rivers Group

 

Peter provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to RCA, leveraging off his 12 years of relevant industry experience. Peter is Managing Director of Three Rivers Drilling, a Perth based drilling company servicing a broad client based across various stages of the mining cycle from green fields exploration through to producing mine sites.

 

 

Rebecca Richards – Group HR and Compliance Manager

 

Rebecca is responsible for the HR and compliance functions within RCA, ensuring RCA has suitable agreements with each employee and contractor which is engaged. Prior to joining the team, Rebecca had 17 years’ experience with Worley Parsons, her final position was Global Business Systems Support Manager-People.

 

 

Rod Baker – Camp Manager

 

Rod has 20 years’ experience as a camp manager, camp services consultant and chef. Rod has been with RCA for 3 years and provides unmatched on the ground service and management.
