132 Person Modular Workforce Camp

To support our client’s growing exploration activities at Cardo Creek, Rapid Camps were engaged to design, supply, and install a 132-person transportable workforce camp. The goal was to provide a scalable, high-quality accommodation solution that could be rapidly deployed and adapted as exploration demands evolved. Given the remote location and expanding workforce, the camp needed to balance efficiency, comfort, and long-term operational flexibility.

With tight project timelines and logistical complexities, the challenge was to deliver a fully functional camp with robust infrastructure while allowing for future expansion or relocation. Rapid Camps implemented a modular, transportable design, ensuring that the accommodation units and central facilities could easily scale as workforce needs increased. Essential utilities, including power, water, and communication systems, were strategically integrated to provide reliable, self-sufficient operations in the remote environment.

The camp featured 132 transportable accommodation units, a reverse osmosis water treatment plant to provide a consistent potable water supply, and a high-capacity power infrastructure, including four generators and a Sub Main Distribution Board for stable energy distribution. These facilities ensured that the workforce had access to essential amenities, comfortable living spaces, and uninterrupted site operations.
