100-Person Modular Camp with Multi-Floor Gym & Facilities

To support our client’s fast-growing mining operations, Rapid Camps were engaged to design, supply, and install a 100-person trailer-mounted accomodation expansion. The project required a modular, transportable accommodation solution that could be delivered quickly, integrated seamlessly, and scaled as needed. In addition to high-quality living quarters, the camp included a multi-floor gym with top of the range equipment and essential central facilities to enhance worker well-being and overall site liveability.

With tight deadlines and increasing workforce demands, the project required efficient planning, logistics, and execution to prevent any disruptions to operations. Rapid Camps provided a turnkey solution, ensuring rapid deployment while maintaining high standards of safety, comfort, and functionality. The transportable design allowed for seamless integration with existing infrastructure, ensuring the camp could be expanded or relocated based on future workforce needs.

The project scope included 100 fully equipped trailer-mounted accommodation rooms, a four-floor gym facility to promote worker fitness and morale, and essential central facilities such as laundries, recreational areas and office spaces. A robust power infrastructure, featuring three high-capacity generators, was installed to ensure a reliable and efficient energy supply, supporting uninterrupted site operations.

Delivered on schedule and within budget, the NWCH Camp Expansion successfully provided a scalable, high-quality workforce accommodation solution that supports the clients operational growth.
